Took the Mondesir to the leather strop for fifty passes each side. I haven't been using this one lately (in fact, I have been considering letting it go since it doesn't see much use in the rotation), but it gave a nice shave, one pass wtg and one xtg. I worked on the vegetable garden this weekend and even with an spf on, I got a little red, so I used this Helan Alba Whitening Treatment Cream and it not only moisturized but reduced much of the redness.

By the way,  an attractive female friend visiting from Ecuador gave me a hug and said, “Wow, you smell good!” That's a pretty good plug for the Antaeus!

Gave the heavy Wade and Butcher 50 strokes on a leather strop. Used two different lathers today. Arko, lathered on the face for the first wtg pass. Then the creme for the second xtg pass and touchups. Going with two different lathers made a nice change of pace.
